“I just can’t imagine that a heating cooling company could be better than Apex! Last week it was in the mid-90s and our A/C unit stopped blowing and the temperature started to rise in our house. In my mind I am thinking we are going to have to get a hotel room and fork out several thousands of dollars to put a new A/C in our house. However, as I started to make calls I got someone from Apex on the phone, they sympathized with my misery and arranged for someone to come out to our house that day! So I’m already pretty impressed because I know as late as it was the guy that was coming probably was working overtime in order to come try and help us. He shows up and takes a look at our unit, and I’m expecting the worst when he comes back inside (our a/c is a little old) he has a little part in his hand and said this little guy was our problem! He fixed it very quickly and at a very good price! Then after he was done he came back in (off the clock I might add) and gave us all these helpful little tips on maintaining our heating and cooling systems in our house. I will never do business with another company, Apex blew me away with their rapid response time and they didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need, they went above and beyond to return the comfort to our home!”
